QAPP Property Management started with a handful of rental homes and a simple belief: property management should feel effortless for owners and fair for tenants. Eleven years later, we manage more than 400 units across Edmonton and surrounding areas — single-family homes, multi-family buildings, and condos — and that belief hasn’t changed.
We’ve grown almost entirely through referrals. Owners stay because their properties perform; tenants stay because their calls get answered and their homes get fixed. That’s the whole formula — we just execute it every single day.
Today our team includes two dedicated property managers, a full-time leasing agent, an accountant, and administrative staff — a small, senior group where you always know who is looking after your property.
